HIPAA Training for Staff
As you know, either from completing Donna Vanderpool's HIPAA - The Basics CME course or otherwise, one of the eight new federal administrative requirements under HIPAA is that Covered Entities must train their employees on confidentiality policies and procedures. To support psychiatrists in their practices, we have created a non-CME training video that may be used as training material for staff. The video is approximately 45 minutes in length.
Please remember to document staff members' completion of all HIPAA training.
